Booking & Confirmation
Your event date is confirmed only on receipt of the booking advance, on a first-come basis and subject to availability.

Payment
An advance of 50% of the rental is payable at the time of booking to confirm your date. The balance, along with applicable taxes, is payable at least 30 days before the event. Payments may be made by online transfer, UPI, or demand draft in favour of [Kaajaana‘s registered entity name].

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹______ is collected at the time of booking. It is returned after the event, after deducting for any damage to the property or its facilities, and for electricity, water, or waste-clearance where these are charged on actuals.

Cancellation & Refund
Refunds on cancellation are calculated on the notice given before the event date:

• More than 60 days before the event — 50% of the booking amount refunded
• 30 to 60 days before — 25% refunded
• Less than 30 days before — no refund

Postponement or transfer of a booking to another date or person is not permitted.

Timings & Access
The booking covers the hours stated in your quotation. As dates are often reserved back to back, early arrival or previous-day setup is subject to availability and may require additional booking.

Catering & Kitchen
Outside caterers are welcome, and a well-equipped kitchen is available on site. Caterers are expected to bring their own cooking and serving vessels, and to clear all food and beverage waste after service.

Decoration & Setup
Decorations must not damage the hall, grounds, or greenery. Nailing, drilling, or fixing metal props to the structure or lawn is not permitted; foliage, flowers, and cloth drapes are welcome. Any damage will be adjusted against the security deposit.

Music & Permissions
For DJ or amplified music, the client is responsible for obtaining the required PPL (Phonographic Performance Ltd.) licence. Firecrackers are not permitted on the premises.

Conduct
Guests are requested to use the venue responsibly. Any illegal or offensive conduct on the premises is not permitted.

Liability
The management is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto the premises during the event.

Force Majeure
The management is not liable to refund charges for cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural calamities, fire, strikes, or civil disturbance, before or during the event.

Disputes
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management is final, subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction.
